Apply as a Homeschool Student

Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi (TAMUCC) welcomes applications from students who have been homeschooled. Homeschooled students are reviewed using the same admission criteria as those students from traditional high schools.

All students are evaluated by the same set of standards. Academic preparedness and achievement are examined through the applicant's grade point average, class rank (if applicable), and ACT or SAT scores.

We encourage you to explore the pages of this website to learn more about the application process for homeschool students, deadlines and other important information regarding applying for admissions. We look forward to working with you and wish you the best of luck in your college search!

Already enrolled at another institution and want to transfer?

If you enrolled at another institution after graduating from high school and have earned 1-23 transferable college credit hours, please see our section for transferring freshmen applicants. Undergraduates with 24+ credit hours are encouraged to apply as transfer students.

Things to keep in mind
If you are interested in receiving financial aid and scholarships, or would like to live on campus, note that these require a separate application process.
