Change of Major Form (Prior to enrollment)

This form is to be completed by an undergraduate applicant to change their intended major prior to enrollment.

NOTE: This form is only applicable for those students who have applied and/or been recently admitted to the University and have not yet enrolled in classes. If you are a current student and/or have already enrolled in classes, you must fill out the Change of Major/Minor/Concentration Form made available through the Registrar's Office.

Change of Term/Admission Cancellation Form

This form is to be completed by an applicant to change their term of entry, cancel their application for admission, or to decline our offer of admission.

This form is to be completed by an applicant for the purpose of determining residency for admission and tuition purposes.

Transfer Report Form for F-1 Students

All international students transferring to A&M-Corpus Christi from another U.S. institution are required to submit this form as part of their admission requirements. The form must be submitted to our University's Office of Admissions by the International Student Advisor. NOTE: Students who enter the U.S. on an A&M-Corpus Christi I-20 do not need to submit this form.

2009-2010 ApplyTexas Code Book

The 2009-2010 ApplyTexas Code Book contains the majors and major codes for all 35 Texas public universities and is used for completing Item 18 of the 2009-2010 Freshman application and Item 16 of the 2009-2010 Transfer application. The Code Book also lists college and university codes, county codes and state codes.

2010-2011 ApplyTexas Code Book

The 2010-2011 ApplyTexas Code Book contains the majors and major codes for all 35 Texas public universities and is used for completing Part I, item 19 of the 2010-2011 Freshman application and item 17 of the 2010-2011 Transfer application.
