Affidavit of Financial Support

Our University and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires that you provide an "Affidavit of Financial Support" and an original letter or statement of account (stated in U.S. currency) from a bank or other financial institution which certifies the sponsor's ability to provide the stated support.

Change of Major Form (Prior to enrollment)

This form is to be completed by an undergraduate applicant to change their intended major prior to enrollment.

NOTE: This form is only applicable for those students who have applied and/or been recently admitted to the University and have not yet enrolled in classes. If you are a current student and/or have already enrolled in classes, you must fill out the Change of Major/Minor/Concentration Form made available through the Registrar's Office.

This form is to be completed by an applicant to change their term of entry, cancel their application for admission, or to decline our offer of admission.

Texas Core Residency Questionnaire

This form is to be completed by an applicant for the purpose of determining residency for admission and tuition purposes.

Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form for Veterans, Spouses, and Dependents

Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form for Veterans, Spouse, and Dependents

This form is to be completed by students who have separated from the United States Armed Forces and are eligible for benefits under the federal Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008 or any other federal law authorizing educational benefits for veterans. This form is also appropriate for the spouse or dependent children (under the age of 25) of eligible veterans.

Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form for Active Military Personnel, Spouses, and Dependents

Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form for Active Military Personnel, Spouse, and Dependents

This form is to be completed by Islander students who are currently in an active duty military assignment in Texas. Military personnel present in the state for the purposes of unit training are not eligible for this non-resident tuition waiver under this provision. Active duty personnel, their spouse and eligible dependents must be assigned to duty or residing in Texas at the time of enrollment.

Transfer Report Form for F-1 Students

All international students transferring to A&M-Corpus Christi from another U.S. institution are required to submit this form as part of their admission requirements. The form must be submitted to our University's Office of Recruitment and Admissions by the International Student Advisor. NOTE: Students who enter the U.S. on an A&M-Corpus Christi I-20 do not need to submit this form.

Meningitis Fax Sheet

All documents pertaining to compliance with the bacterial meningitis vaccination policyshould be mailed, faxed, emailed, or hand-delivered to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Office of Recruitment and Admissions. Applicants who wish to fax their documentation may use this form. Our fax number is 361.825.5887.

Evidence of Vaccination Against Bacterial Meningitis

Use this form if you plan to obtain your vaccination somewhere other than your personal physician's office. All bacterial meningitis vaccinations and boosters must be administered by a health practitioner authorized by law to administer an immunization.

2010-2011 ApplyTexas Code Book

The 2010-2011 ApplyTexas Code Book contains the majors and major codes for all 35 Texas public universities and is used for completing Part I, item 19 of the 2010-2011 Freshman application and item 17 of the 2010-2011 Transfer application. The Code Book also lists college and university codes, county codes and state codes.
