Freshmen students Students who have or will soon receive a high school diploma or GED. |
Freshman-Transfer students Undergraduates who have or are attending another institution and have earned 1-23 college credit hours. |
Transfer students Undergraduates who have or are attending another institution and have earned 24+ college credit hours. |
International students Undergraduates who are not U.S. citizens nor are permanent residents of the United States. |
Transient students Temporary students or non-degree seeking students wanting to take classes for personal enrichment. |
International Study Center International students who need a pathway program to help prepare them for progression on to undergraduate or graduate level study at the University. |
Post-baccalaureate students Students who already hold a Bachelor's degree and wish to pursue additional undergraduate work. |
Former (returning) students Students who were previously enrolled but have taken a break from enrollment of one year or longer. |
Concurrent enrollment Students who wish to enroll during the last semester(s) of their senior year. |
Graduate students Students who already hold a Bachelor's degree and wish to pursue a Master or Doctoral degree. |
Homeschooled Students Students who have been homeschooled. |
Dual credit High school students wishing to take courses for both high school and college credit. |
Program for System Admission (PSA) Students selected to participate in the TAMU PSA program. |
Out of State Online Program Students Students who reside in a state other than Texas and wish to enroll in a fully online program. |
Viking Islander Program (VIP) Students selected to participate in the TAMU-CC/Del Mar College co-enrollment program. |
